Summer Distance Training: Running Has No Off Season!

Overview

Kids Elite Summer Distance Training is designed to provide an intense running and endurance program for serious youth and young adult athletes that wish to build a strong aerobic base for their upcoming fall sports season.  This training program is most appropriate for cross-country runners, soccer players, lacrosse players, and other athletes competing in the fall season who wish to increase overall endurance and conditioning. The program consists of four workouts per week for five weeks during the summer.  Elementary through post-collegiate athletes are encouraged to participate.
